What is Covered ?

  • Cracking, crazing, or blistering of film surface
  • Delamination or adhesion failure from manufacturing defect
  • Installation defects: improper alignment, edge finishing, bubbling, lifting, or contamination covered within 10 days of installation

What is not Covered ?

  • Stains, scratches, scuffs, rock chips, or road debris damage
  • Damage from automatic car washes, improper wash tools, or pressure washing at edges
  • Water spots from mineral deposits left to dry
  • Chemical abuse, harsh cleansers, solvents, or thermal shock
  • Collision, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, rail dust, or paint overspray
  • Areas not re-coated after body or paint repair
  • Non-compliance with care instructions or use of non-approved products
  • Missed quarterly service

Xpel Films Additional Requirements

XPEL Fusion, Ultimate Plus, Ultimate Plus 10, and Stealth films are backed by XPEL, Inc. manufacturer warranties. The following requirements apply:

  • Use only XPEL-approved chemicals and aftercare products
  • Claims must be reported to XPEL within 30 days of defect discovery
  • Non-XPEL ceramic coatings void the XPEL manufacturer warranty

Lifetime Extension — XPEL Ultimate Plus 10 & Stealth

Years 1–10 are covered by XPEL’s manufacturer warranty. From Year 11, D Luxe World provides extended lifetime coverage:
  • Continued coverage against cracking, blistering, delamination, and adhesion failure
  • Coverage terminates upon vehicle sale, transfer, or total loss
PPF Care Instructions
  1. Wait 10 days after installation before washing.
  2. Use only pH-neutral car wash solutions (XPEL-approved for XPEL films).
  3. Hand wash or touchless wash only. No brush-type automatic car washes.
  4. Dry with clean microfibre cloth. Remove contaminants within 24 hours.
  5. Keep pressure washing nozzles 24+ inches from film edges.
  6. All PPF installations include complimentary quarterly PPF service.*
*Should a requirement for an auto-spa preceding the quarterly service be observed, a recommendation will be made at prevailing prices at the sole discretion of the warranty holder.

Automotive Paint — Lifetime Warranty

D Luxe World guarantees all automotive paint services for the lifetime of ownership. Material defects are covered under Axalta’s manufacturing warranty. See www.axalta.com/warranty for details.

What is Covered ?

  • Delamination, flaking, blistering, popping, or fisheye from application
  • Colour mismatch or blending failure (reported within 30 days)
  • Premature fading, primer failure, or clear coat crazing/peeling

What is not Covered ?

  • Physical damage: rock chips, hail, scratches, accidents
  • Chemical exposure, pressure washing above 1,500 PSI, oxidation from neglect
  • Third-party paint work, pre-existing defects, motorsport/commercial use

care

Wait 14 days before washing. Use pH-balanced shampoos for 90 days. Apply sealant every 6 months.

Peelable Paint — 10 year warranty

D Luxe World offers D Luxe PPF and XPEL manufacturer-backed films. All warranties run from the date of installation.

What is Covered ?

  • Premature peeling, adhesion failure, fading, chalking, cracking under normal conditions
  • Unintended permanent adhesion to underlying paint

What is not Covered ?

  • Intentional removal, pressure washing above 1,200 PSI, petroleum-based cleaners
  • Brush-type car washes, adhesive products, extreme temperatures, contamination left 24+ hours

care

Wait 10 days before washing. Hand wash only with pH-neutral soap. Apply UV protectant every 6 months. No automatic car washes.

Upholstery — Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Workmanship only. No material warranty is provided as leather, suede, and fabric manufacturers do not warrant these materials.

What is Covered ?

  • Seam separation, unravelling stitching, thread failure
  • Wrinkles/puckering from improper technique, panel detachment, headliner sagging
  • Piping/trim detachment, pattern misalignment

What is not Covered ?

  • Material defects, wear, fading, cracking, or deterioration of any kind
  • Physical damage, spills, stains, burns, pet damage, UV exposure
  • Third-party modifications, accidents, customer-supplied materials

care

Condition leather every 3 months. Use upholstery-specific cleaners only. No bleach, ammonia, or steam. Annual professional cleaning recommended.

  • Polishing by non-authorised parties, pre-existing paint defects

  1. Wait 10 days before washing. pH-neutral shampoos only.
  2. Hand wash or touchless only. Remove contaminants within 12 hours.
  3. Apply D Luxe World-certified spray every 3–6 months. Annual inspection from Year 2.
  4. All ceramic coatings include complimentary annual ceramic refresh.*
*Should a requirement for an auto-spa preceding the annual ceramic refresh be observed, a recommendation will be made at prevailing prices at the sole discretion of the warranty holder.
