Tiers are reviewed based on how often you visit and the services you book. The more consistently you bring your car to D Luxe, the sooner you move from Bronze through to Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Discount coverage varies by tier — Silver applies to Car Wash, Window Tint, Polishing and Detailing on weekdays, while Gold and Platinum extend further, with Platinum also covering Ceramic, PDR and PPF. See the comparison table above for the full breakdown.
Your membership and QR code are also accessible from your account after registering, so you can still check in and redeem benefits at the counter without Apple Wallet.

Terms & conditions
- Membership is free to join and open to anyone with a valid phone number; no purchase is required to enroll at Bronze.
- Tier upgrades are assessed by D Luxe based on visit frequency and total spend, and are applied automatically to your membership card.
- Discounts apply to the service categories listed for each tier and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless stated otherwise.
- Free Spa and Car Spa benefits are limited to one redemption per stated period (once for Gold, once every 6 months for Platinum) and do not roll over if unused.
- D Luxe reserves the right to update tier thresholds, benefits, or terms at any time; members will be notified of material changes via their registered contact details.
- Loyalty membership is personal and non-transferable, and may be suspended for misuse or fraudulent activity.
